Who is..... TONHÖHEN ?This Name was common in Germany for the Genre of Techno, Trance or still today Minimal House, especially and typical for the Sound of Berlin. Freely translated it means: Soundpitch. Björn Hinrichs aka TONHÖHEN; started in 2001 with Techno & Trance music. But the initial was in the mid-80 'years. As a DJ in a number of known Hamburg Club's, Björn put almost all genres of music of that era on the "Turntables". Funk & Soul, Jazz, Popmusic and of course he has filled the Dancefloor with HOUSE . The House Music at all has more and more fascinated by Björn. Later a two weeks trip to Ibiza in 1993 and the visit of this crazy wild partys in Amnesia and Pasha Musicfloor, was the infectious virus to the idea to produce his own music.So, the TONHÖHEN Studio 2001 even founded in Hamburg by Björn & Partner as a joint project.Since 2007 Björn produced now are successfully "Solo" for various Netlabels the Styles: Progressive, Minimal & Deep House Music. On Virb.com 10/2007 the first ELP "Better Days" was released. In the beginning of March in 2011 he published with success for the Chicago Podcast Channel on SSRradio, two Guestmixsets for the show "DeepHouseCat" with the resident DJ Phil E.
